Products & Pricing

• All prices shown are in Egyptian Pound (EGP) and include VAT.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Displayed images may differ slightly from the actual product due to screen settings.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Orders & Payment

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is the available payment method.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
• We will call you within 24 hours to confirm your order.

Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver to all governorates in Egypt.
• Ready products are shipped within 7 business days; custom products within 21 business days.
• Shipping cost depends on the governorate and is shown before order confirmation.
• If your order isn't received, a redelivery attempt will be made.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return or exchange is guaranteed only in case of a manufacturing defect in the product.
• The product must be in its original condition and original packaging.
• Used or misused products are not covered.

Liability

C-Cott Shoes is not responsible for any indirect damages resulting from product use. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
